Our Approach
①Engineering Capabilities
Our engineering team provides comprehensive technical support throughout the product lifecycle:
- 1.Product Design – Electrical and mechanical design services, working from client specifications or reference designs. Our product design team specializes in connector and electromechanical assembly design, with expertise in signal integrity, contact design, and housing geometry optimization.
- 2.Mold Development – DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, mold flow simulation, product defect analysis, and precision control. We deliver sample molds in 2–3 weeks and production molds in 4–6 weeks. Our DFM process identifies potential molding defects – including sink marks, weld lines, warpage, and short shots – before tool steel is cut, saving time and cost.
- 3.Automation Assembly Development – Custom design and build of automated assembly lines, integrating pick-and-place, testing, and packaging systems tailored to your product. Our automation team develops solutions for high-volume production with minimal manual intervention, ensuring consistent quality and reduced labor costs.
②Project Management – On Time, On Spec
We understand that OEM and ODM projects demand rigorous program management. Our dedicated project management team follows a structured development process from design review through to production launch. Every milestone – from tool design approval, steel cutting, first article inspection, to production ramp-up – is tracked and communicated with clear timelines. We ensure your project stays on schedule without compromising quality. Our project management framework includes:
- Phase 1: Feasibility & Design Review – DFM analysis, cost estimation, timeline development
- Phase 2: Tooling & Prototyping – Steel cutting, machining, sample molding, FAI reporting
- Phase 3: Production Validation – Process optimization, capability studies, PPAP submission
- Phase 4: Mass Production – Sustaining engineering, continuous improvement, supply chain management
Quality Assurance: Run Like an Inspection Sheet
Our quality system reads the way it operates: numbered controls, defined gates, recorded results. The discipline was built for automotive SQE audits — and every customer benefits, because a consumer housing travels the same gated process as a vehicle-harness connector.

Quality, Run Like an Inspection Sheet
Our quality system reads the way it operates: numbered controls, defined gates, recorded results. The discipline was built for automotive SQE audits — and every customer benefits, because a consumer housing travels the same gated process as a vehicle-harness connector.

Materials are verified at receiving, processes are checked at defined in-line intervals across every shift, and finished lots clear outgoing inspection against the approved standard before packing. Nothing moves to the next stage on assumption.

Coordinate measuring machines, optical measurement and hardness testing turn tolerance claims into recorded numbers. Dimensional reports accompany tooling buy-offs and production lots, in formats your own quality team can drop straight into their files.

For automotive and other regulated programs we work to PPAP and APQP expectations: control plans, process flow diagrams, capability studies and submission documentation prepared to the level your customer's SQE will actually accept.

First-article approval fixes the standard; written SOPs and locked process parameters hold it. The part you approve in month one is the part you receive in month eighteen — the definition of large-order stability.

Raw-material buffers, agreed safety stock on recurring programs and dual sourcing of standard components mean a supplier hiccup upstream does not become a line-down event in your plant. Continuity is engineered, not hoped for.

Lot coding ties every shipment back to material, machine, operator and parameters. If an issue ever surfaces, an 8D report with verified root cause and corrective actions closes the loop — and the lesson is written into the SOP so it stays closed.
