Product Analysis and DFM

Based on customer’s product drawing, material specifications, and functional requirements. Our engineering team performs a rigorous Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review to identify potential challenges and ensure the part is optimized for the molding process

Tooling Design(3D&2D)

Following the confirmed DFM analysis, our tooling designers create a complete 3D drawing of the mold, detailing every core, cavity, slider, and inserts. After the 3D drawing of the mold is approved by customer, Engineers will create corresponding 2D technical drawings for every single mold component.

Precision Mold Machining

With the design finalized. We purchase raw steel material and start mold fabrication. The mold Components such as cavities and cores are manufactured under processes include Precision CNC milling, Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), and Wire cut Electrical Discharge Machining (WEDM) ,Polishing technology.

Mold Assembly & Mold Fit

Once all mold components—including cavity, core, ejector pins, and cooling lines are machined and inspected, our skilled technician assemble the mold parts meticulously into a perfect mold. Mold fitting tests and functional tests are performed to prevent any defects during plastic injection molding production.
